“I loved my granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, but the light maple cabinets were never a favorite. I had heard about cabinet refacing, but always thought it just involved staining your existing cabinets a new color. Boy was I wrong. I chose Better Than New whose approach was to install all new alder doors and drawer faces & to use a custom finished alder veneer applied to the existing face frame of my cabinets. New nickel hardware and a modern vent hood were also installed. Brand new alder & glass upper cabinets were added to give a more contemporary, seamless look.”
